Shipping

All orders ship free from NYC to the continental U.S. While we're unable to ship overseas at this point, it’s on our radar!  

If your piece is in-stock, we will ship it the same or next business day via USPS. If it’s not on hand, handcrafting jewelry takes a minute, so please allow up to two weeks for us to make the magic. (We usually beat that timeline, but we’d rather underpromise than disappoint you!)

Either way, we’ll send a heads-up via email or text (your call) when your order ships from NYC, and you can expect your package in 2-8 days. Need it faster? We’ve got you covered with USPS Priority Shipping, USPS Priority Express Shipping, and even same-day messenger service (in NYC), for a fee.

Our standards are high and Mazi New York jewelry is made to last. If your piece doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us right away so we can make it right. 

Handmade jewelry can have slight variations from piece to piece and we like that. Those tiny variations? They’re what proves your piece is one-of-a-kind, not banged out in a cookie-cutter overseas factory.

Your Mazi New York jewelry is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship). Note that our warranty doesn’t cover scratches, accidents, neglect, or improper use or storage, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Returns

We’re hoping for that love-at-first-site vibe, but we understand that sometimes things don’t click. If you’re not completely thrilled with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll happily arrange a free exchange or return, no questions asked. Your satisfaction is top priority.
